Daisy and the Butterfly offer a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY on all orders within Australia.
We hope that you will love your purchase, but if you don’t then you can send it back to us within 30 days from the shipping date and we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund.
All you need to do is contact us and we will issue you a return identification number. The items must then be shipped back at your cost with a tracking number and fully insured. If the items are not sent with a tracking number and are not insured and then lost we cannot refund your purchase.
Once you receive a return ID number, you'll need to return the item in new or unused condition meaning no scratches, damage, and no alteration or resizing of the item and (Please note custom hair elastics can not be refunded) with all the original packaging and materials included). We will then inspect the item upon receipt before we issue a refund or exchange. Of course if the item has been altered, damaged or used, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange and will have to return it to you at your expense.
As you may have noticed Daisy and the Butterfly love sending out freebies with your purchases so if we have sent you any, we will need those returned to us too. If the return items are shipped to us without the freebies, then we won't be able to issue you a refund.
If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item or something that you did not order then firstly we apologise and secondly we will exchange it free of charge or refund the cost of the item and shipping costs. We will also pay for return postage. Before an exchange or refund is processed we will need to inspect the item upon receiving it. If it is indeed an error or a defective product, your refund or exchange will be processed. However, if the product is found to not be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Despite our refund and exchange policy there are some items that we can’t take back. These include:
Items which have been worn or modified in any way.
The item was purchased outside of the 30 day return policy period.
Any special orders made to your specifications.

We inspect all returned items when they arrive.
Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to that same card.
If you return a partial order, we will refund you for the returned items only.
Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.
For exchanges and returns, if the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees may apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Daisy and the Butterfly endeavors to ensure stock availability is accurate but from time to time items may be sold out before stock has been updated. Daisy and the Butterfly makes every effort to display the products and their colours accurately however, these may vary according to the device you are using.
Orders may be cancelled at any time due to the inability to authorise payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraud or any other reason deemed appropriate by Daisy and the Butterfly. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any such orders.
