Daisy and the Butterfly offer FREE Australia Post shipping on all orders within Australia. All of your purchases are sent by Australia Post for security and speed of delivery.

Processing Your Order
Once Daisy and the Butterfly receive your order, we will endeavour to process your order within one to four working days unless otherwise stated. We then ship the order to you according to your preferred method of shipping.
Please note if the shipping and billing addresses are different, your order may be delayed and require further investigation.
Our inventory database is updated consistently however in the unlikely event the product you choose is out of stock then we will either offer you an alternative or order the product for you.
Shipping and tracking your Order
For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorised to sign will be available at the designated shipping address. For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, not to PO Boxes.
Daisy and the Butterfly will send you an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and tracking number. This allows you to track your order until you receive it. If your order can not be shipped, we will contact you within 48 hours and let you know why your shipment is delayed.
Please note that our confirmation emails may be received in your junk or spam mail box.
Please contact us ASAP if you think your order is lost. We can not take any responsibility for orders that are stolen from your mailbox or property.
If you wish to purchase insurance or signature upon delivery of your parcels then that will be at your own cost.
Collecting an Order
If you decide to collect your order you will receive an email or message when the order is ready for collection. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be ready.
If you wish to cancel or change an order, for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
We promise to try to stop the order from being processed but please remember that our order system process is to get customer orders shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. This means that on some occasions if you contact us right after you have placed an order it may already be shipped. If this happens we are unable to cancel or change the order once it has been shipped. If you receive your order and wish to return it then the cost of the return will be paid by you with proof of postage and upon receipt a refund by Daisy and the Butterfly will be given, provided the goods have not been opened or used.
Please note that Daisy and the Butterfly can cancel any orders that appear to be suspicious or of a fraudulent nature.

Australia Post - Some products can take extra time to dispatch.
Normal delivery times are 2-10 days depending on location. Country locations can take longer to arrive.
Not all parcels are given a tracking number as small items are sent via an envelope or small $2 parcel/letter.
There can be unexpected delays out of our control. We will endeavour to keep you updated on any delays that occur as we are made aware of them.
